Time out for mom and dad!!! Adam and I recently had the opportunity to take some much needed R&R with some of our oldest friends. Adam went four wheeling with his best friends from High School, Harry and Brad (now our brother-in-law also) up Logan Canyon over into Bear Lake country. They seemed to have a ton of fun and I'm sure I will be hearing stories for years about it. They will probably grow each time I hear them too!
I just got back from the scrapbook retreat to die for. My good friend, Kim, from elementary school, invited me to Seattle to scrapbook with her. I have been wanting to go to visit her home for years so I decided to kill two birds with one stone. I had the best time! We got all of our meals cooked for us and we didn't even have to take our plates to the sink let alone clean up or do dishes! I didn't get a lot of sleep but I did get a ton of pages done, 110 I think was the final count!:) That's what I went for, to get a lot done, so I think the trip was successful.
We all need a break once in a while!!!

Yea!! I'm so excited you've joined the blogging world! I had a hard time accepting your invitation. I got an error and then had to follow some blog person's advice to actually be able to accept the invitation. I've never seen that before. Weird!
I am so happy to be invited to see your blog! I checked a while ago and couldn't get in because it was private. Then today, all of a sudden, the invite was in my inbox- weird. It will be so fun to check in on you! I had such a nice time with you at scrapbooking- thank you so much for doing that with me. We are going to the place we liked better in March 2009. Hope I can talk you in to coming again!!
