Christmas is COMING!

Wow! How did December go that fast! I am so glad to be off of school and home to get stuff ready for the holiday. I just hope we don't all kill each other. We are ALL home this week which hardly ever happens except on Saturday. Pray for work! I wish he had some.
So Nathan just came down to me and said "mom, what should I wear today?" I said "It doesn't matter wear whatever you want out of your drawer, we are just getting things done at home today." He said, "I can wear anything, even if it doesn't match? Yes!" He is quite the crack up lately. I really should document more of his silly things because I know I won't remember them. I guess I should focus on his cuteness and stop getting after his naughty behavior so much.
Here's to a great, PRODUCTIVE, happy day for us and anyone else who needs my good luck! My dad has always told me "Lis, if you didn't have BAD luck you wouldn't have ANY luck." So take that for what it's worth! Have a great day anyway, even if it's not what you want it to be! :)

Lisa,

It is fun to hear about your life and family. You should eventually receive a Christmas letter from us (we have been behind all month). You can find us at lonestarcorrys.blogspot.com if you ever get bored.

Hey you! I am glad you are having a productive time off from school. I am trying to do the same but I am married to a man who loves to PLAY and I can't convince him that getting the house in order is a better way to spend our time off.

Well, you asked about Becky Higgins. I did order the newest project 365 that she had offered on her new blog. I swear I ordered it like a month ago and I have not seen any signs of it in the mail. It ended up being $50 total with shipping and handling (which cost almost as much as the dang project)! So, I can't say I am thrilled with any of it yet. I will have to let you know. I am excited to have a "papery" project like this to do though this year (if in fact it does eventually come:). I have not had the bug to scrap book in a long time. I have been using my blog as a way to keep track of all the little memories.
Anyway, hope you guys had a wonderful holiday and I hope the new year finds some constant work for your hubby. I have so many friends who are in that same predicament. good luck!
